The 2015 international Digital Humanities conference is being held in Australia for the first time – at the University of Western Sydney in late June. As part of the pre-conference events, a new scholars seminar seeks to bring together researchers new to the digital humanities. The seminar is being run by The Consortium of Humanities Centers and Institutes (CHCI), centerNet and UWS and there are 5 bursaries for Australian and New Zealand residents to help with the costs of transportation and accommodation to the seminar in Sydney. Preference will be given to applicants from centres that are members of the ACHRC. Follow the application instructions at http://dh2015.org/new-scholars-seminar/ or contact Tully Barnett for more information.
